With over 30 years of experience in eastern and western medicine, Rashi combines the two modalities to facilitate profound transformation. This transformation sees people break free from the struggle of survival mode to help them lead a more peaceful life by healing past trauma and equipping them with tools to help deal with life stresses, challenges and relationship issues. She has 2 Stretch & Flow studios on the Sunshine Coast in QLD where she lives with her husband and children.
A qualified pharmacist, yoga teacher, sound healer, reiki practitioner, mindfulness coach and transformational facilitator, Rashis expertise lies in combining Eastern and Western principles to help women reclaim their Peace, Passion, and Purpose. It is a first-of-its-kind, unique holistic therapy where spirituality meets science.
Rashi has facilitated numerous workshops and retreats and brought mindfulness to schools and yoga studios, working with a range of women and students.
